JOHNSON HIGH TEMPERATURE POT FURNACES
|
Temperature range: 1200oF. to 1600oF.
These rugged low cost furnaces are
recommended for liquid hardening with salts, lead, or cyanide.
They are designed to meet the heavy demands of industry.
Powerful, quiet Johnson blowers assure maximum performance and quick
recovery. Burner port design and placement prevents flame
infringement on pots assuring longer pot life and uniform bath
temperatures; side exhaust vents keep hot gases from the operator.
Furnaces are constructed of heavy gauge
welded and reinforced steel with cast iron top rim. They
are lined with high temperature refractory insulation backed up with
highest quality insulating fire brick. They feature Johnson
Spark Ignition and come complete with steel pot.
Automatic temperature controls to adjust
temperatures down to 1200o F. are available at an
additional cost. |
