FAQ's

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

• Production and shipping time will depend upon the item that you order.  Carbon Dioxide Generators and many of our industrial furnaces and hot metals education equipment are shipped within 10 - 14 days following receipt of your payment.  Some industrial furnaces are available for shipment within 30 - 45 days. Our Tree Planters are available for shipment or pick up twice a year - in the Spring and Fall.

What are the terms of my purchase?

• Initial orders will require payment upon placement of the order.  Orders can not normally ship without receipt of payment.  Payment can be achieved through bank transfer, check, or credit card payment.

Is credit available?

• Our accountants are very strict with our credit applications, but for customers with a history of purchasing through our organization we do offer net 15 payment.

Can AEON equipment be exported?

• AEON has been fulfilling the Export requirements of our customers for over 60 years.  We are capable of supplying documentation and freight forwarding services as you may require.
